At Lumoraá Asia, we hold a simple yet radical belief: how we lead others is a mirror of how we lead ourselves. True leadership isn’t found in titles, strategies, or accolades , it’s cultivated through self-awareness, presence, and the willingness to look within.

Founded by Paulina Purnomowati, a former corporate executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across global luxury and consumer brands such as Procter & Gamble, Chanel, Tod’s, and Valiram, Lumoraá Asia was born from what she witnessed time and time again, that even the most accomplished leaders often carry invisible burdens. Beneath the performance and prestige, there’s often self-doubt, inner pressure to constantly prove, deeply wired perfectionism, fear of vulnerability, and emotional patterns shaped long before the boardroom.​ These struggles aren’t flaws, they are human patterns and they don't just affect how we lead organizations, they shape how we show up for our teams, our families, and ultimately, ourselves.

Lumoraá Asia exists to support leaders in reconnecting with their inner clarity, integrity, and presence. We don’t apply a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, we create spaces for deep inner inquiry and transformation through a highly personalized and integrative approach. Each journey we design blends multiple disciplines, from mindful presence practices and emotional regulation work to trauma-informed frameworks, systems thinking, and neuro-linguistic programming.​ We draw from a rich blend of modalities, including psychological assessments, somatic awareness, movement meditation, and reflective inquiry. Each element is tailored to align with the client’s unique way of perceiving and processing the world, whether visual, kinesthetic, auditory, or cognitive. This holistic framework enables us to move beyond surface-level solutions, guiding each individual to realign with their deeper truth, and lead from that grounded space.

Through our collaboration with Nicole Schneider, founder of Global NLP Training, Lumoraá Asia also brings internationally recognized methods into Asia in a way that is thoughtful, embodied, and culturally attuned. Combined with Paulina’s lived experience across leadership, business, and personal transformation, our work bridges high-level insight with deeply human connection.

Our offerings include private 1:1 Mindful Leadership Immersion journeys, intimate group immersions in Jakarta, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, and transformative retreats in Bali designed to restore clarity and connection through nature, presence, and meaningful reflection. In each experience, leadership is not taught, it is remembered.

Alongside our leadership immersion programs, Lumoraá Asia also offers a Business Alignment Program, strategic intervention designed for companies navigating growth, restructuring, or internal misalignment. This program brings together multidisciplinary insights with real-world leadership acumen by involving seasoned experts, including CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and organisational consultants, who deeply understand the tension between inner clarity and external execution. By combining business strategy with inner transformation, we help teams and organizations recalibrate their vision, values, and operating rhythm — not just for performance, but for long-term coherence and resilience.

Paulina Purnomowati

Paulina Purnomowati is the founder of Lumoraá Asia, where she combines over 20 years of executive leadership experience with a passion for helping others grow. Her career began at global brands like Procter & Gamble in the U.S. and L'Oréal in Indonesia, where she led diverse teams and delivered results in dynamic, high-pressure environments. She further honed her leadership skills in management positions at luxury brands such as Chanel and Tod’s in Indonesia, as well as in the Country Manager role at Valiram, a Southeast Asia retail group, Chief Marketing Officer at TipTip Network Indonesia a technology startups. Furthermore, she was Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Evolve, a sport brand in Singapore, and an entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. Along the way, she gained deep insights into leadership, strategy, and the balance between ambition and authenticity.

In 2021, Paulina became the sole Indonesian contestant on the Netflix series: The Apprentice ONE Championship, competing against high-performing professionals from around the world. Her success on the show led to a leadership role under internationally respected entrepreneur Chatri Sityodtong, reinforcing her resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.

Despite these successes, Paulina recognized the need for a more fulfilling path. She understood the mental and emotional toll of leadership and the importance of staying grounded in a fast-paced world. This insight led her to pivot toward advisory, where she uses her vast corporate experience and training in life alignment to guide leaders toward balance, authenticity, and success.

 

Today, Paulina is certified in Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindset, Personal Leadership, Life Strategy, and Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach. Through Lumoraá Asia she helps leaders and individuals shed limiting beliefs, rediscover their inner truth, and embrace their unique path to success. Edison Manalu is a seasoned business leader and transformation expert with over 25 years of experience in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across diverse industries in Southeast Asia. His portfolios includes Hero Supermarket, Carrefour, Continent, Price Smart, Gunung Agung, Cardig Aero Services and The Harvest. With a deep-rooted background in finance, retail, and organizational development, he has held key leadership roles including CFO, CEO, and Board Member across companies in Indonesia and the region. Edison’s expertise lies in scaling businesses, restructuring operations, and aligning teams toward high-impact outcomes. As the former CEO of PT Mount Scopus Indonesia, he played a critical role in transforming the company into Indonesia’s leading F&B retail group. Alongside as a COO at PT HERO Supermarket, a widely known supermarket mega chain in Indonesia. His leadership spans multinational corporations, family-run enterprises, and startups—guiding them through expansion, crisis management, and sustainable growth strategies. Edison combines analytical rigor with human-centered leadership. He is deeply passionate about developing people, building resilient organizations, and leading with integrity. At Lumoraá Asia, Edison serves as Consulting CEO of the Business Alignment Program, where he partners with founders and executives to unlock business clarity, realign strategy, and elevate leadership capacity from the inside out.

Nicole Schneider

Nicole Schnider has worked with a diverse range of clients, from business leaders and top athletes to politicians and celebrities. She has spoken at the United Nations and trained those who negotiate life-saving deals. As the preferred trainer for U.S. Armed Forces therapists on post-traumatic stress disorder and growth, Nicole has had a profound impact on both individuals and organizations. Her most fulfilling work, however, remains training people who use NLP to improve their relationships and help those in need, such as coaching underprivileged children and mentoring others. Nicole began her journey with NLP at the age of 14 and started her coaching career at 23, well before the term "coaching" became widely used. Over the last two decades, she has trained individuals in coaching, NLP, and psychological tools. Before founding Global NLP Training in 2006, Nicole worked in various corporate management and education roles. She holds a Masters’ degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and has studied Educational Psychology and Intercultural Communication at the University of Minnesota. Nicole's personal journey is marked by resilience and transformation. She used NLP to overcome chronic fatigue and has since become a goal-oriented individual, losing 100 pounds, leaving the corporate world, and establishing a successful coaching and NLP training company built on values. In addition to her NLP expertise, she has studied the Feldenkrais movement system (positive psychology) at prestigious institutions like the University of Pennsylvania, Yale, and Berkeley, and practices meditation as her primary method of learning and teaching.

Panji Gautama Asmawarman

Panji Gautama is a seasoned engineering executive with over 15 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong track record in zero-to-one product development, scaling high-performing technology teams, and building impactful digital platforms across Southeast Asia. He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), complemented by executive education from Sekolah Bisnis dan Manajemen Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB). Panji has held senior technology leadership roles at several high-growth and unicorn startups, including TipTip, Mekari, Grab, OVO, and Kudo (acquired by Grab). His leadership has been instrumental in key initiatives such as transforming TipTip into one of Indonesia’s leading event ticketing platforms, driving regional product development at Grab, and optimizing multi-vertical SaaS offerings at Mekari across HRIS, tax, accounting, and CRM. He has built engineering organizations from the ground up, scaling teams to over 300+ engineers across Indonesia, Singapore, India, and Vietnam. His expertise spans SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and digital content platforms, with a proven ability to deliver product-market fit, execute technical due diligence for M&A, improve system scalability, and drive operational excellence at scale. Currently, through Lumoraá Asia, Panji serves as a Fractional CTO, supporting ventures as a technology advisor. He partners with founders and leadership teams on building and managing engineering organizations, delivering product roadmaps, and strengthening core operational capabilities—ranging from hiring and performance management to technical mentorship and process optimisation—enabling companies to build and scale high-quality, market-ready products.

Widy Dinarti brings over a decade of global experience in leadership development, systems transformation, and organizational growth. Her journey spans across Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Indian Ocean, where she has led impactful initiatives—facilitating leaders and organizations through complex change with clarity and compassion. Trained as a system strategist and leadership coach, Widy has supported shaping some of the region’s most progressive programs. Her work has been internationally recognized, including being listed as a CSR good practice in the UN Global Compact Yearbook and receiving multiple global awards from Deutsche Post DHL for leadership and corporate responsibility. As Organizational Development Manager at EngageMedia Collective Inc., she catalysed a 260% operational growth—an example of her ability to turn vision into momentum. An Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC), Widy enables leaders to expand their effectiveness and resilience through a systems-thinking lens. She integrates deep frameworks from her fellowships with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT IDEAS Fellowship) and Japan Foundation’s HANDs! Asia, along with a grounding in holistic wellness as an Associate Certified Pranic Healer (Institute of Inner Studies). Her coaching is both strategic and holistic, designed to move not just metrics, but people. Widy is a lifelong learner devoted to elevating conscious leadership. She believes that lasting transformation begins from within, and extends outward—into how we lead, relate, and build our organizations and communities.
