Collective Mindful Leadership Journey A 5-Week Mindful Leadership Experience for Emerging Leaders The first online collective from Lumoraá Asia. Leadership is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. As responsibilities grow, so do expectations. You're expected to lead with confidence, support others, navigate challenges, and make decisions under pressure—often without a space to process your own journey. That's why we created this collective. Not another leadership course or webinar, but a transformational experience where leadership begins from within. Designed for emerging leaders stepping into greater responsibility, this journey explores the inner foundations of leadership—self-awareness, emotional resilience, relational intelligence, and mindful presence. Because sustainable leadership isn't only about what we do; it's about who we become. Over five weeks, you'll join a small community of leaders through 4 live online sessions and 1 hybrid closing gathering (Jakarta & Online). Together, we'll reflect, practice, and learn through meaningful conversations, practical exercises, and real-life leadership experiences. One of the most valuable parts of this journey is our Peer-Support WhatsApp Collective. More than an announcement group, it becomes an ongoing safe space for honest conversations, daily or bi-daily mindful leadership prompts, reflection practices, encouragement, and genuine connection with fellow leaders who understand the challenges you're carrying. Leadership doesn't have to be lonely. The journey is led by Paulina Purnomowati, Founder & CEO of Lumoraá Asia, together with Lumoraá Asia's senior facilitators, bringing together mindfulness, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, somatic awareness, and relational leadership into a practical experience for everyday leadership.
