Grow together. Lead stronger. 3 Months | 6 In-person Group Sessions @ 120 minutes + 2 Private Session | Whatsapp Group Support Leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. Join a 3-month group immersion experience, for a private assessment session and 6 grounding, in-person group sessions across different serene locations in Jakarta, Indonesia, a curated support WhatsApp group, and a circle of like-minded leaders. Up to 10 seats only Leadership can often feel isolating. Our Collective Mindful Leadership Immersion experience is designed to change that. This intimate program gathers a select group of leaders from across Southeast Asia, offering collective learning, personalised growth focus, and real-time peer support, all in a curated, supportive environment. The program includes: - 6 in-person group sessions - 1 private inner-leadership assessment - 1 private post-session touch-base - Personalised mindful-leadership pathway - Daily real-life tools & practices - Curated WhatsApp support circle Before the group program begins, every participant completes an individual Private 1:1 Assessment session using in-depth interview and psychological tests, allowing us to design a personalised focus for each leader regardless the collective group setting. After the 6 group sessions, every participant will have another Private 1:1 post-program session to touch base on their Inner Leadership Growth. Alongside the live sessions, a private WhatsApp group enables continuous authentic support, sharing, and reflection.
