Prinkanidila brings a rare integration of strategic brand leadership and inner transformation practices into Lumoraá Asia. As Co-Founder, Director of Program Strategy & Facilitator Partnerships, and Lead Facilitator, she designs leadership experiences that combine strategic rigor with authentic human depth. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience across Indonesia’s defense industry and global consumer brands including Unilever, L’Oréal, and NYX Professional Makeup, with expertise in innovation, brand building, and business strategy. Deeply immersed in mindfulness and healing practices, she helps leaders reconnect with clarity, emotional awareness, and authentic leadership.

ANDREAS PRADHANA

Andreas Pradhana bringing together global corporate leadership, strategic intelligence, and mindful discipline. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chairman of Shell Vietnam — becoming the first Indonesian appointed as Chairman outside Indonesia — he has built nearly two decades of leadership experience across global companies including L'Oréal, British American Tobacco, and Shell. His background spans regional strategy, transformation, and multi-market leadership across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Deeply grounded in mindfulness, meditation, and lifelong learning, Andreas brings both strategic depth and conscious leadership into Lumoraá Asia, helping shape leaders with greater clarity, resilience, and long-term vision.

Matthew Ardian is Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Lumoraá Asia, bringing together brand strategy, leadership transformation, and conscious business thinking. With more than 15 years of experience across Retail, F&B, Media, Hospitality, Property, and Technology industries, he is known for building brands and growth strategies that combine business precision with authentic human connection. Currently serving as Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Fore Coffee, Matthew is recognized for driving innovation, transformation, and long-term brand sustainability. At Lumoraá Asia, he shapes the organization’s brand and leadership experiences with a focus on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and values-driven leadership — helping cultivate leaders who are both effective and deeply grounded.

Nicole Schneider

Nicole Schnider is an internationally recognized NLP trainer, leadership coach, and founder of Global NLP Training, with more than two decades of experience training business leaders, athletes, therapists, politicians, and high-performing professionals around the world. She has spoken at the United Nations and served as a preferred trainer for U.S. Armed Forces therapists on post-traumatic stress and growth. With a background in law, educational psychology, and intercultural communication, Nicole combines deep psychological expertise with mindfulness and transformational practices. Her work is centered on helping individuals create meaningful personal and professional transformation through emotional intelligence, resilience, and conscious leadership.

An ICF-ACC certified coach, she combines systems thinking, strategic leadership, and holistic wellness to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity and resilience. Her work has received international recognition, including acknowledgment from the United Nations Global Compact and multiple global awards from DHL for leadership and corporate responsibility. Oky Andries Moedahar brings over 22 years of experience across global FMCG corporations and entrepreneurship, combining commercial execution with human awareness and mindful leadership practices. As a Facilitator at Lumoraá Asia, he helps leaders navigate performance, pressure, and internal regulation with greater clarity and balance. Alongside his work with Indonesian SMEs on marketing and business growth, Oky is also a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, principal of Yogabar Studio, and a trained Human Design practitioner. His approach integrates practical business experience with body-based awareness and emotional regulation, supporting leaders to perform effectively without losing connection to themselves.

Edison Manalu is a seasoned business leader and transformation expert with over 25 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across Southeast Asia. He has held senior leadership roles including CFO, CEO, COO, and Board Member at major companies such as Hero Supermarket, Carrefour, The Harvest, and Cardig Aero Services. Known for his expertise in scaling businesses, restructuring operations, and building resilient organizations, Edison combines strong commercial discipline with human-centered leadership. At Lumoraá Asia, he serves as Consulting CEO of the Business Alignment Program, supporting founders and executives to strengthen business clarity, leadership capacity, and sustainable growth.

Panji Gautama Asmawarman

Panji Gautama Asmawarman is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience in software engineering, product development, and scaling high-performing tech organizations across Southeast Asia. He has held senior leadership roles at leading technology companies including Grab, OVO, Mekari, and TipTip, where he led large-scale engineering, SaaS, fintech, and digital platform initiatives. With expertise spanning product-market fit, system scalability, and organizational growth, Panji currently supports ventures through Lumoraá Asia as a Fractional CTO and technology advisor, helping founders build strong engineering teams, scalable systems, and sustainable operational foundations.
